Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area for a Service Operations Manager. The Service Operations Manager will deal directly with the owner, see the immediate results of their labor, and have a visible, secure path to operational leadership. The core job is to coordinate daily operations, manage service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include leading and training the service team, coordinating with clients to meet their needs, improving operational efficiency, and addressing any service-related issues. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance service standards and drive operational success.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Services Management and Delivery to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.
- Strong skills in water purification systems installations and maintenance, particularly in critical environments
- Customer Satisfaction focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in Training service teams to develop their skills and enhance performance.
- Proven ability to handle service-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in managing technical services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, management, or related fields is preferred.
