Role Description Candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role will lead and coach cross-functional teams, set operational goals, and monitor performance metrics across sales, customer support, and service delivery. The General Manager will develop and refine processes to improve efficiency, manage budgets and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. They will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, product and pricing decisions, and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people-management skills, including team coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong operational management abilities, such as process optimization, KPI tracking, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Experience in sales, business development, or revenue management, in the auto dealership industry
- Customer-centric mindset with skills in customer experience, issue resolution, and service quality improvement.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
- Experience managing an on-site operation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; prior general management or senior operations role preferred.
- Comfort with technology and business systems (DMS, CRM, reporting tools, and productivity suites); ability to learn new tools quickly.
