General Manager – Dickson City, Pennsylvania
Position Summary
Tasca Automotive Group is seeking a proven automotive leader to serve as General Manager of our Dickson City, Pennsylvania dealership. This individual will be responsible for leading all dealership operations, driving profitability, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented executive with a strong track record of success in automotive retail, capable of building culture, driving accountability, and executing at a high level across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Customer Experience.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
* Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top talent throughout the organization.
* Establish performance expectations and hold department leaders accountable to key metrics.
* Foster a culture centered on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement best practices and drive long-term growth.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of successful automotive dealership leadership experience as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, fixed operations performance, and overall dealership profitability.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
* Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top-performing talent.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
* Experience with multi-franchise dealership operations is preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.
