Role Description
We are seeking a General Sales Manager to join our team full-time in an on-site role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership. Responsibilities include setting performance targets, training and coaching the sales team, collaborating with marketing efforts, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role also involves building strong partnerships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Business Development
- Strong Account Management and Client Relationship-Building Skills
- Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy Development
- Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Data Analysis, and Performance Metrics
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Familiarity with CRM Tools and Sales Software
- Background in the construction, design, or stone supply industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
