Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Laredo, TX. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, manage a team to ensure timely and efficient package deliveries, and optimize processes to meet operational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation and warehousing activities, monitoring performance metrics, developing cost-effective strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and coordinating staff
- Proficiency in operations planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with logistics technology or systems, including real-time tracking and inventory management
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a strong plus
