Operations Manager (CRM & Revenue focused)

About the role
I run a specialized recruiting firm focused on full-time placement for high-growth companies.
We have strong clients, a solid track record, and real momentum—but our backend systems, CRM workflows, and marketing engine need to be fully built out and optimized.
This role is for someone who wants to build and run the operating system behind a modern recruiting business—leveraging AI, CRM systems, and strong execution.
If you enjoy improving systems, organizing chaos, and creating efficiency, this will be a great fit.
What you’ll own:
1) CRM + systems optimization (core focus)
- Own and optimize Recruiterflow
- Clean, structure, and maintain database integrity
- Build workflows, pipelines, and automations inside the CRM
- Ensure consistent data tracking across candidates, clients, and outreach
- Improve reporting visibility (pipeline, activity, conversions)
2) AI workflows + operational efficiency
- Build repeatable workflows using ChatGPT / Claude
- Turn manual processes into documented, repeatable systems
- Organize notes, recordings, and internal knowledge into usable assets
- Create internal playbooks for how the business operates
3) Demand generation + social proof
- Manage LinkedIn engagement and content support (via 531Social)
- Systemize: Testimonials, Case studies, Google reviews
- Create simple assets in Canva (nice to have)
- Turn client and candidate wins into consistent marketing output
4) Sales + recruiting support
- Build targeted lists (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, etc.)
- Prepare candidate submittals and client materials
- Support outreach setup and tracking
- Surface warm leads and opportunities for follow-up
5) Business operations + scale
- Help build a company playbook (processes, workflows, systems)
- Identify inefficiencies and improve them proactively
- Support overall business organization and execution
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years in operations, recruiting, CRM, or startup/generalist roles
- Strong experience working inside a CRM (ATS or sales CRM)
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and figure things out independently
Nice to have:
- Experience with Recruiterflow or similar ATS/CRM
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sourcing tools
- Canva or light design experience
- Background in recruiting, RevOps, or GTM operations

Compensation:

- $30–$50/hour depending on experience
