Our client is seeking a talented Data Scientist to drive insights from complex clinical and operational data using advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques. This role partners closely with clinical, research, and operational stakeholders to support data‑driven decision‑making, precision medicine initiatives, and improved patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Apply machine learning, AI, and natural language processing to structured and unstructured healthcare data
- Analyze electronic health records, clinical, genomics, and enterprise operational data to generate actionable insights
- Develop predictive models that integrate biomarkers, clinical outcomes, and multi‑omics data to support personalized care
- Build scalable data pipelines and utilize graph data technologies to uncover complex relationships across datasets
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to deploy models for real‑time decision support, risk stratification, and operational optimization
- Design, validate, and maintain analytical models supporting clinical decision‑making and outcome prediction
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and research ethics requirements
- Partner with clinicians, researchers, and business teams to translate analytical needs into technical solutions
- Document analytical methodologies and ensure transparency, accuracy, and reproducibility
- Provide technical guidance and share best practices in healthcare data science and analytics
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data science, preferably within healthcare or life sciences
- Hands‑on experience working with healthcare data such as EHRs, clinical systems, or enterprise operational data
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Familiarity with large language models, NLP techniques, and advanced analytics tools
- Experience with graph databases, vector databases, and modern data platforms is a plus
- Exposure to precision medicine, genomics, or personalized healthcare analytics preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data or distributed computing frameworks
- Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
