Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and educate on hiring trends, labor market data, and best practices in recruiting and retention methods in their market area
- Screens resume, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and makes recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers, for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within assigned areas of responsibility
- Utilizes traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Clear Co.
- Provides necessary metric updates to management including “time to hire”
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of employees
- Basic understanding of employment law related to the recruitment process
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Base salary range: $85,000–$105,000/year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus
