Responsibilities

Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and educate on hiring trends, labor market data, and best practices in recruiting and retention methods in their market area
Screens resume, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and makes recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers, for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within assigned areas of responsibility
Utilizes traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Clear Co.
Provides necessary metric updates to management including “time to hire”

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with all levels of employees
Basic understanding of employment law related to the recruitment process
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Base salary range: $85,000–$105,000/year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus
