Requirements
- 12+ years in client-facing roles within technical environments, such as Client Success or Project Management.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and hands-on experience with service delivery in complex IT landscapes.
- Proven track record in managing high-touch client accounts and navigating multifaceted relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and optimizing workflows that enhance service delivery and collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees like an MBA are advantageous.
