At Real Chemistry, our focus is on connecting patients and healthcare providers through effective advocacy strategies. We are in search of an Account Director who will be at the forefront of fostering relationships between clients and patient advocacy organizations, driving meaningful collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in healthcare communications, advocacy, or patient engagement, specifically with US advocacy organizations.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong financial acumen for budget management and operational oversight.
Experience mentoring junior staff and building team capabilities.
