- Authorization to work in the U.S. and residency verification.
- Proficient in supporting elementary math and English Language Arts—achieving 90% or better on our assessment.
- Stable high-speed internet and a designated, quiet workspace; we provide necessary tech equipment if needed.
- Consistent availability for scheduled tutoring hours, particularly on weekday evenings and weekends.
