Requirements
- 1-2 years in a Paralegal, Compliance, or Legal Support role, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Experience with Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and managing compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks, including FAR and systems like SAM.gov.
- Proficient in legal research with clear summarization skills.
- Comfortable using legal compliance systems (e.g., Jira, contract management tools).
- Strong communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders.
