Requirements
- Permanent residency in Oregon.
- A degree from an accredited college or university; consider practical experience in lieu of formal education—specifically, 4-6 years in medical practice management.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated project management abilities.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new software applications as needed.
