Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law or a Bachelor’s degree with significant contract negotiation experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a contract-focused role, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
- Track record of independently drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional collaborations with teams such as Legal, Sales, and Finance.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on articulating risk positions effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools, familiarity with Ironclad is beneficial.
