Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the food service, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- 2+ years in a leadership role focused on customer service and team development.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse workforce.
- Familiarity with operational standards and customer service best practices.
- Knowledge of baking processes and commercial kitchen equipment is advantageous.
