Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in property management.
- 5+ years of hands-on knowledge in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Familiarity with property management software; Yardi experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with contractors and team members.
- Valid Driver’s License; able to travel to job sites regularly.
