Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in roles involving consulting, process improvement, or leadership; 2 years in a direct support role is essential.
- Proficient in analyzing dealership operations, including finance and market trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for diverse audiences.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record; travel within the region is a daily requirement.
