Requirements
- 8+ years in field sales leadership within the beverage sector, with a clear track record of driving revenue.
- Experience managing multi-layered sales teams and distributing management across various states.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel for report generation and data analysis.
- Direct involvement in key account management with demonstrated success in building long-term relationships.
- Must be located within 30 minutes of a major airport; extensive travel is a firm requirement.
