Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Over seven years of experience in customer service leadership, specifically managing teams of managers.
Proven track record of improving customer service metrics across various locations.
Strong communication skills that facilitate collaboration across departments.
Ability to analyze operational and financial reports using MS Office.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
Experience in logistics or distribution is valuable.
Familiarity with process optimization and system integrations is advantageous.
Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are beneficial.
