Emailable is on a mission to provide solutions for high-volume senders who rely on deliverability as a lifeline for their businesses. As we transition from a founder-led approach to a well-oiled revenue machine, we seek an Operations Director to pioneer this shift and create a robust revenue framework.

Requirements

Experience leading revenue operations in a scaling SaaS business with ARR between $5M-$25M.
Proficiency in forecasting techniques with a track record of maintaining accuracy within ±10%.
Deep understanding of churn reduction strategies, especially in usage-based models.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including optimizing and refining user adoption.
Ability to guide cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering towards unified revenue goals.
