Blackstone's Site Reliability Engineering team focuses on ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting business operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability while exploring innovative solutions in observability and automation.

Requirements

2+ years in Infrastructure, Software, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Proficiency in at least one coding language (e.g., Python, C#, TypeScript). Strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
Experience with AWS; familiarity with Azure is a plus.
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools, configuration-as-code practices, and containerization (Docker, AWS ECS & EKS).
Solid understanding of monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
Experience in incident management and postmortem discussions.
