Online Shopping Experience Manager

At WeWearAustralian, our focus is on bridging Australian creativity with global audiences through a meticulously curated online shopping experience. Based in New York’s SoHo, we are seeking an Online Shopping Experience Manager to steer our eCommerce initiatives and enhance user interaction with our brand.

Requirements

2–3 years of eCommerce experience, preferably within fashion or consumer goods.
Proficiency with Shopify, including back-end management and merchandising strategies.
Data analytics skills, particularly with Google Analytics, to derive actionable insights.
Experience in lifecycle marketing, especially using Klaviyo for customer engagement.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets capabilities for reporting and data manipulation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
