We are currently seeking a Leave Support Specialist who is organized and attentive to detail, ready to handle the nuances of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration within a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in disability and absence management.
- In-depth understanding of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, along with Excel for data tracking and analysis.
- Strong customer service acumen, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
