Requirements
- Minimum five years of retail experience, with at least two years in a management capacity.
- Experience in a regulated environment, ideally in the cannabis sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems; familiarity with Greenbits is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities and a knack for analyzing sales data effectively.
- Capable of developing and executing training programs aligned with regulatory standards.
