Requirements
- 15+ years in heavy manufacturing with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong financial management skills, particularly in budgets and P&L.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to navigate and influence within complex organizational structures.
- A degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business is preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.
