Requirements
- Over 10 years of leadership in hospitality, specifically in resort or hotel operations.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related area.
- Proven track record in managing multi-department operations efficiently.
- Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Familiarity with PMS, POS, and other hospitality management software.
- Experience in timeshare or HOA management is highly advantageous.
