Requirements

J.D. from an accredited institution and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in litigation, whether in a corporate legal department or private practice.
Proven track record with technology and intellectual property-related litigation, especially in internet and domain registration contexts.
Experience managing multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously.
Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and strategic legal advice.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Comfort in utilizing AI and technology to improve legal workflows.
