Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA credentials are preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in accounting roles, with a strong preference for experience in professional services or consulting.
- Proficiency in GAAP and familiarity with project-based revenue recognition principles.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with financial reporting systems.
- Experience in preparing financial reports for executive leadership and boards.
- A meticulous, hands-on approach to accounting tasks and strong organizational skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive business insights from financial data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
