Requirements

5-7 years of experience in an advertising agency, with a solid foundation in healthcare marketing.
Proven track record in direct-to-consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical work.
Familiarity with data analytics, performance metrics, and KPIs relevant to marketing strategies.
Experience in developing social, digital, and website assets.
Strong negotiation skills paired with the ability to manage client needs alongside agency resources.
Financial oversight experience for managing project budgets effectively.
