Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong computer, language, and reasoning skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking abilities over the phone.
