Requirements

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, though practical experience may substitute.
Previous experience in a recruiting role, especially in high-volume environments.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills to effectively build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines efficiently.
