Requirements

An established background in Customer Success, Account Management, or relevant SaaS roles—ideally spanning over five years.
Experience in creating or scaling Customer Success operations, including developing playbooks and processes.
Track record of working with C-suite stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to foster high-level relationships.
A consultative approach to customer engagement, focusing on guiding clients to meaningful outcomes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; clarity matters in your interactions.
Familiarity with tools that support Customer Success, including CRMs and health scoring platforms.
A data-driven mindset, with a passion for deriving insights from metrics and fostering measurable improvements.
Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building processes from the ground up.
