Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Business Management, or a scientific discipline.
A minimum of 10 years in medical sales, with at least 3 years focused on selling complex diagnostic solutions.
Proven track record of closing contracts and successfully implementing solutions within health systems.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape, including reimbursement pathways and screening protocols.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, particularly with C-suite executives and medical directors.
Experience working with CRM tools for managing customer interactions and data-driven planning.
Valid driver's license for travel within the Midwest region, approximately 50% of the time.
