Operations Project Manager

SNT Biotech is a fast-growing healthcare company focused on helping health plans and healthcare organizations close gaps in care through innovative at-home screening solutions.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to join our team in Plainfield, IL.
This role works closely with leadership to coordinate projects across health plan onboarding, customer implementations, operational workflows, customer communication, and internal cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation projects for health plan customers
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Communicate with clients regarding operational updates and project status
- Coordinate internally with warehouse, lab, software, and leadership teams
- Help organize workflows, systems, and operational processes
- Support customer success and issue resolution
- Attend meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Assist with operational reporting and project coordination
- Help improve efficiency and internal organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project coordination, customer success, healthcare administration, implementation support, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills

Our services include member outreach, kit fulfillment, technology platforms, and laboratory services through our owned CLIA/COLA-certified lab.
Location: Plainfield, IL (In-Person) Compensation: $70,000–85,000 based on experience
