As a vital part of our Nottingham, MD dispensary, your role as a Team Lead in Floor Operations will be essential in maintaining both our operational standards and our commitment to customer care.

Requirements

Minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in customer service or retail, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds; physical stamina is key.
Flexibility with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Age compliance as per state regulations.
