Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
Proven track record in facilitating training sessions both virtually and in-person, with a focus on adaptation for varied learning styles.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Experience in capability development and enterprise-wide training programs.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools, particularly AI-driven tools.
