Requirements

Minimum of five years in online admissions, ideally with a focus on sales.
Proven experience in managing a high volume of outbound calls effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
A genuine passion for student empowerment and success.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
